Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our returns policy below.


Standard Returns

  • You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or cut-to-length LED strips cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used LED strips, power supplies, or accessories cannot be accepted back unless they are defective.


Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, contact us at stripglow@outlook.com.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund once the item is returned and inspected.

  • After 30 days, items may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty/damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t issue refunds for items lost in transit.


How to Start a Return

Email us at stripglow@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.


Summary
