We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our returns policy below.
Standard Returns

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Once inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders or cut-to-length LED strips cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used LED strips, power supplies, or accessories cannot be accepted back unless they are defective.
Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, contact us at stripglow@outlook.com.

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund once the item is returned and inspected.

After 30 days, items may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty/damaged.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t issue refunds for items lost in transit.
How to Start a Return
