Cancellation policy

At StripGlow, some products are offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship as soon as stock becomes available.

Cancelling an Order:
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After that, please contact us at stripglow@outlook.com — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to stop it.

Returns:
Once your order has shipped, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Pre-order Updates:
We’ll email you when your pre-order ships or if there’s any production delay.
