Processing Times

Pre-orders: Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as new stock arrives in our UK hub. Estimated dispatch time is 2–4 weeks from order placement (you will be notified by email with updates throughout the process).

In-stock items: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect details.

Large or bulk orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.

Pre-order items may be subject to longer lead times depending on shipping from our suppliers. We’ll always keep you updated if delays occur.
