  • Faulty items are covered by our returns & refund policy under the Warranty section.

  • Custom orders and made-to-measure items are final sale—no returns unless faulty.

  • We offer a 30-day refund for faulty goods.

  • Manufacturer warranties (e.g., 12-month or more) may apply—see product pages.

  • We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss beyond the purchase price, except in cases of personal injury or death due to our negligence.
